101 Home Grown Recipes from the Pacific Wonderland

This long-awaited book is finally here! I’m so happy to announce that The Oregon Farm Table Cookbook released on Tuesday, September 1st. I’m a little late in announcing the launch of this book here on my website, but only because it’s been a whirlwind of a few weeks.
As many of you know, Oregon has been on fire, along with much of the Pacific Northwest over the past two weeks. We are expecting rain tomorrow, so I’m hopeful this will alleviate some of the fires and allow our communities to begin healing and rebuilding. One of the many things I truly love about Oregon is how communities come together and help each other regardless of who they are and what they believe. The community spirit here is strong and determined.
If you are interested in donating to fire relief fund organizations here are a few that I recommend:
Santiam Canyon Wildfire Relief – Fund www.facebook.com/SCWRfund
Northwest Response Fund – www.redcross.org/donate/cm/kgwmediagroup-pub.html/

For a little more information about The Oregon Farm Table Cookbook, we’ve put together a lovely little book trailer video:
I am so grateful I’ve had the opportunity to talk about my book, as well as a few career highlights, on several podcasts, which you’ll find links to on the media page. We also had a lovely review article in The Oregon Wine Press. In addition to chatting all things food and cookbooks on podcasts, I’ve been demonstrating a few of the recipes from the book on AM Northwest and on my Instagram and Facebook LIVE.
Last week I made the Five Spice Nectarine Chutney from the book on AM Northwest and you can watch that segment HERE. Stay tuned for more recipe segments, podcast interviews and LIVE segments on social media in the weeks and months to follow. And of course, for all the latest information about the book and new fall recipes you can follow me on Instagram and Facebook.

We also have three lovely reviews of The Oregon Farm Table Cookbook below. I cannot thank these amazing authors enough for their kind and generous words.
