I enjoyed the cook-along feature because it allowed me to prepare specific recipes that use all the various functions. It’s practice while you cook! The course is self-paced, so I was able to watch the videos, make notes and prepare the recipes over several days as time permitted. Each lesson includes the lesson video, links to any required kitchen products, a downloadable shopping list, links to other similar recipes that are in the same category, and a printable PDF guide for each lesson.
